In October 2022, I was honored to teach Mind PWR: Breath & Meditation Techniques To Activate Your Highest Self at Harvard Business School during my 30th reunion (MBA class of 1992), as well as in Geneva, Switzerland at the World Economic Forum corporate offices for the Young Global Leaders Alumni Summit (YGL class of 2009). The program was very well received by a wide range of leaders (CEOs, entrepreneurs, executives, thought leaders, politicians, artists). From alternate nostril breathing to candle gazing, participants walked away with a toolkit of practical techniques to induce calm, improve focus and proactively manage their energy.
