Yoga In Bed Wake Up Flow

Yoga in Bed Wake Up Flow is a 15-minute beginner-level yoga sequence designed to stretch the spine, stimulate digestion, and activate the entire body.  

This is the actual sequence I practice every morning before getting out of bed. It can be done on a bed or the floor. I filmed it while I had THREE broken bones in my foot (and wearing a boot to walk) so I guarantee that it is low-impact. My 87-year-old mother does it so you can too! Share with friends and family who may need to release back tension and increase flexibility, and make a comment to let me know how it goes. At the end, there is a brief breathing and meditation practice to set the tone for the day.
