Let's share thanks around a virtual table...

A lot has happened this year that has taken us out of our comfort zones and yet we're still here with so much to be thankful for starting with breath itself! Wherever you are across the globe, let's come together to share some gratitude, affirmations and a meditation. Together, we will give our brains and spirits a positive charge and raise the vibrations for ourselves, loved ones, and the world. If you're in the U.S., incorporate this live video session into your Thanksgiving day--either taking a break from the activities or making this a part of your celebration. Here's what we'll do:

They enhance our mood immediately, making us feel happy from the inside. By consciously practicing gratitude every day, we can help these neural pathways to strengthen themselves and ultimately create a permanent grateful and positive nature within ourselves." In addition, from a spiritual and energetic standpoint, when two or more come together with a shared intention we amplify our results.
