A Path To Self-Realization

Now, twenty years later, join us as we roll out our virtual Breathe & Burn® Mind-Body Studio offering LIVE classes via ZOOM plus on-demand classes, premium courses and our signature in-person events. With the Eight Limbs of Yoga as the foundation, we use breath and specific postures/movements to charge the body, focus the mind and purify your energy, burning away physical toxins and mental illusions, enabling you to activate your Highest Self and experience Bliss-Absolute.
