Now, twenty years later, join us as we roll out our virtual Breathe & Burn® Mind-Body Studio offering LIVE classes via ZOOM plus on-demand classes, premium courses and our signature in-person events. With the Eight Limbs of Yoga as the foundation, we use breath and specific postures/movements to charge the body, focus the mind and purify your energy, burning away physical toxins and mental illusions, enabling you to activate your Highest Self and experience Bliss-Absolute. When she was a corporate executive, her knowledge of yoga, meditation and holistic health helped her heal from almost dying. That prompted her to empower others with these transformative tools. She served six years on the Board of Yoga Alliance, and was their Interim CEO and first African American Chair of the Board. Learn more about her journey.
