We've been guiding people through this program in person and via email for over 15 years based on Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy's 2007 book, Seven-Day PWR Detox: Cleanse Your Body, Mind & Spirit While Living Your Daily Life. Now, it is fully digital with extensive video-based modules and an online community. This is SO much more than a detox diet. Detoxification is the body's natural, ongoing process of neutralizing or eliminating toxins from the body. Sources of toxins include chemicals in pesticides, household cleaners, personal care products, drugs, pollution, cigarette smoke, and heavy metals, as well as high-stress foods and additives such as sugar, salt, saturated fat, caffeine, and alcohol. Ask yourself:
  • Do I often feel anxious?

  • Do I easily forget things?

  • Do I get frequent headaches?

  • Do I often feel weakness and fatigue?

  • Do I feel sad or down much of the time?

  • Do I experience lots of gas, belching, or heartburn?

  • Do I often feel tired even when I’ve had enough sleep?

  • Do I suffer from periodic breakouts, rashes, or skin conditions?

  • Do I catch more than three colds or viruses in an average year?

  • Do I have cravings that are hard to control (e.g., food, alcohol, nicotine, sex, shopping)?

If you've answered "Yes" to any of those questions, you are likely toxic. A normally-functioning body, with strong eliminative organs, is designed to combat most of these substances. However, a body loaded down with toxins may have a weakened immune system, an over-worked liver, and possibly a dysfunctional colon. Without the ability to properly manage the pollutants, the body literally becomes "toxic." A toxic body is a key hindrance to maintaining optimal weight, and is more vulnerable to a wide range of disorders from allergies and arthritis to hormonal imbalances, infertility, heart disease, and a range of cancers.
The Details



To set you up for success and jumpstart a plant-based, sustainable lifestyle, you'll receive the Three-Week Preparation, Detoxification & Integration (PDI) Protocol, including 21 days of email support.
Week 1: Preparation - Toxic Load Assessment, space clearing, menu planning, benchmarking, and learning modules on body basics and detoxification. 

Week 2: Detoxification - Motivation, meditation, affirmations, and reminders during the 7-day program, as well as suggestions on the non-food therapies. 

Week 3: Integration - Post-Assessment, celebration, learning module on sustainability, and reflections on how to integrate the elements into your daily life.

The Process

Key Program Elements

1. Phased Food Strategy


Soups & Smoothies

Days One to Three, consume liquids only as outlined including fruit and vegetable juices, coconut water, smooth dairy-free vegetable soups (e.g., carrot-ginger), and herbal teas.

Whole Fruits & Veggies

For Days Four and Five, add solid fruits and vegetables. There are recipes for salad, chunky soups (e.g., cabbage detox soup), stir fry dishes, and snacks like guacamole.

Whole Grains & Legumes

For Days Six and Seven, add certain whole grains and legumes to make soups, stews (like our favorite Curry Mung Bean Stew), stir fry dishes and snacks like savory hummus.

2. Mind-Body Training


Detox Yoga

Get a massage from the inside out with this 30-minute Detox Yoga Flow. This beginner-friendly sequence will stimulate digestion, release excess gas or bloating, and twist out toxins from your body and mind.


Learn three specialized techniques to increase oxygen flow, calm and balance the nervous system, cleanse the energy, relax the mind, and regulate the cooling and warming cycles of the body.


Practice a daily Tuning In to center your mind, as well as a Meditation for Letting Go to clear your mind of mental or emotional strongholds which may be weighing you down and blocking your potential.

3. Skin & Nasal Cleansing


Dry Skin Brushing

Use dry skin brushing to enhance your health and beauty by detoxifying your largest organ - the skin. Among the many benefits, it stimulates blood and lymphatic circulation, improves kidney function, and encourages new cell renewal.

Nasal Cleansing

Learn how to do nasal cleansing with a Neti Pot to help detox and promote sinus health. It can clear nasal congestion, help breathe better, reduce sinus inflammation, treat allergies, and even improve snoring and sleep apnea.

Meet Your Expert Guide

What do you get when you cross a Harvard MBA, Master Coach, Certified Holistic Health Counselor and Mind-Body Expert? Quite a bit of Yin-Yang! Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy has been transforming lives and powering up audiences around the world for over 20 years. Inspired by her pioneering mother, she grew up with holistic health practices from wheat grass juicing to making her own yogurt. She became a vegetarian in 1984 and gluten-free in 1997. After almost dying from Crohn's Disease, she left her successful media career and trained in various modalities:
