Breath Meditation quiets the mind and helps you tune into your core essence. It can be practiced anytime, anywhere because the breath is always with you. The object of meditation is the breath itself. It is a foundational technique accessible to everyone.
In this video, I had just finished a workout and decided to sit for a few minutes. You can do it to quiet the mind or anytime you need to reset. You can practice seated on the floor or in a chair. In most of the videos, I use music. For this practice, I took a more traditional approach with a music bed you can hardly hear. Simply become absorbed in the flow of your own breath.
Enjoy... and remember you have the power to choose how to be in every moment of every day. Choose to shine your light and make a declaration: I Am Power Living!
