I Am One With All

AFFIRMATION:

Today I ONE with ALL.

Today, I am ONE with ALL.
I recognize that everything is energy, from my thoughts to my breath.
The power that animates the ocean is in me.
As I inhale, I feel this energy flowing through me.
As I exhale, I release any perceived barriers that make me feel alone.
As the oceans are all interconnected, I am connected to ALL there is.
I am always supported by the Universe.
Today, I am ONE with ALL.
