Yoga In Bed Sleep Flow

Yoga in Bed Sleep Flow is a 15-minute beginner-level yoga sequence designed to calm the mind, release tension, and prepare you for a good night's sleep. It is taught by Harvard Business School-trained strategist, yoga teacher and master coach Dr. Terri Kennedy.
I filmed this sequence while I had THREE broken bones in my foot (and wearing a boot to walk) so I guarantee that it is low-impact. Have everything you need for bed because at the end, you'll be ready to crawl under the covers and drift away. The featured breath is Bastrika and there is a brief relaxation at the end to set the tone for sleep. Share with friends and family who may need to release back tension and increase flexibility, and make a comment to let me know how it goes.
